Cardi B Gifts Megan Thee Stallion Custom Birkin Bag As 'WAP' Makes History

Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion just made history together with their new song.

The rappers flexed some major girl power this week as their collaboration, “WAP,” debuted at the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming the first female rap team-up to do so. What’s more, the ladies also logged the most first-week streams and scored the most-streamed song of 2020, with 93 million streams.

To celebrate, Cardi gifted Meg with a custom Birkin bag inspired by their R-rated music video.

In an unboxing video the Houston native shared on Instagram, Cardi bought her an orange bag that features an illustration of Meg rocking her white tiger print bodysuit from the visual alongside the big cat with blue splashes of water for added effect.

The gift also came with an inscription from Cardi which read, "Thank you Meg, really appreciate you!"

"My manager just walked in and said cardi sent you something 😭😭😭😭 not the birkinnnnnnnn 😭😭😭," Meg captioned the clip. "Thank you frennn omg I can’t believe you 🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡 I wonder what I’m gonna get her 😈😈😈 @iamcardib"

As fans know, the racy visual, directed by Colin Tilley, also featured a number of star-studded cameos from the likes of Kylie Jenner, Normani, Rosalia, Rubi Rose, Sukihana, and Mulatto.

Not to mention, “WAP” didn’t only make history on the charts — the song's video also earned the biggest debut week ever for an all-female hip-hop collab on YouTube, with more than 103 million views on the platform as of Monday (August 17).
