Off the heels of the release of his latest album, Spectrum, British singer, Daley born Gareth Daley, joins us in our iHeartRadio Ask Anything Chat den with answers to the questions you've submitted.
Known for his style, the 29-year-old soul singer admits that Prince has served as an inspiration and how his style is an extension of his music.
I'm self-styled...I enjoy getting ready for stage. I enjoy having a visual identity that. I think it's all part of the artistry...it's an extension of the music as well. He adds, "I drew a lot from artist like Prince. You know they really knew, they had a vision and a sound. They knew exactly what they wanted to put across in every scenario...I just really just try and wear whatever makes me feel good and whatever makes me feel connected with what I'm doing that day."
Furthermore he goes on to talk his work with fellow UK artist, Marsha Ambrosius and how much he loves performing their hit song, "Alone Together." In addition, he reveals who he would pick to be on his team for Family Feud, his favorite Prince songs and albums, along with what he'd be doing if he weren't a singer.
