Fabolous is facing 4 felony charges and up to 20 years in prison after the alleged assault of the mother of his two boys, Emily Bustamante.
Back in March, video surfaced of the 40-year-old New York rapper threatening Emily and her father in the driveway of their Englewood, New Jersey home. The footage supported court claims that Fab knocked out her two front teeth and made a terroristic threat.
According to TMZ, a grand jury in New Jersey indicted him on 1 count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, 2 counts of threatening to kill and 1 count of possession of a weapon - a pair of scissors he brandished in Emily's face. All four charges are considered third-degree crimes in NJ, which carry up to 5 years each. As a result Fabolous could face up to 20 years behind bars.
