'Stop Apologizing For How God Has Blessed You'

There is an old saying that "favor isn't fair." However, if you work hard and stay consistent, you can have anything your heart desires.

Often times when we are in the reaping season of our lives,  people around us feel as though we owe them something because we have "enough to go around." In fact, that can't be farther from the truth.

While the saying reigns true that "to whom much is given, much is required," we must take note from Steve Harvey and realize "because [we] have been given so much, so much of [us] had been required in order to get the gifts" that we are reaping. In other words, there were sacrifices we had to endure and various processes we had to undergo that placed us in the position to receive our blessings, but for some reason we feel guilty for being "so lucky."

Stop feeling guilty about what God has blessed you with. You've earned each and every one of them. Now it's time to enjoy them. Yes, it's commendable to have such a thoughtful heart to want to give and give and give, but don't forget to give to you first. Sometimes your no to others, is a yes to yourself.

Take a listen as Unc recalls his time on vacation when Bishop TD Jakes spoke to him and how he realized that he too needs to "stop apologizing for how God has blessed [him]"

Steve's time on the water was a true testament to...."but God."

Now go grab your blessings by the horns...unapologetically!
