Our very own, J. Anthony Brown partnered with the CDC and The Baldwin Hills Shopping Center to launch the "Class Clown Comedy Program." A four-week program geared towards high school students in grades 11th and 12th.
The "Class Clown Comedy Program" teaches:
- Public Speaking Development
- Leadership Skills (using your platform)
- Comedy Timing
- Social Media Do's and Don’ts
- Creating a Career for Yourself
- Improv
- Careers Beyond Stand Up
Classes are conducted on Fridays: January 12, 19, 26, February 2, 2018. The program will conclude on February 3, 2018 with a matinee and awards presentation held at the J Spot Comedy Club.
