This International Women's Day (3/8) on The Steve Harvey Morning Show, co-hosts Shirley Strawberry and Carla Ferrell take over hosting duties, along with special guest Sheryl Underwood from The Talk and the Steve Harvey Morning Show Executive Producer Mississippi Monica will also join the ladies. They'll discuss girlhood - growing up as black girls in America; how to continue supporting and uplifting women; the definition of beauty for black women; balancing being bosses, career women, wives, and mothers; and navigating social media. The ladies will also talk about what needs to be done to inspire the next generation of young women to know their worth. Music will include a celebration of women in R&B.
