Michael B. Jordan is clearly collecting all of his creative visions and is ready to share them with the world.
The NAACP Award-winning actor and known producer is on to his next project. Sticking close to his notorious action-packed niche, Michael has taken on the producer role for a new series named, Raising Dion. Dennis Liu, who created the same name comic book, will executive produce.
The Netflix special follows the life of 8-year-old Dion Reese (Ja’Siah Young), who's being brought up by his single mother, Nicole (Alisha Wainwright). Life is tough has we begin his journey after the death of his father, Mark (Jordan). But the confusing icing on the cake is the newfound superpowers both Dion and his mom are figuring out how to manage together. With the help her sister, Kat (Jazmyn Simon) and Mark’s best friend Pat (Jason Ritter), everyone's working together to help Dion get through life, school and of course, bad guys.
