Last night at the Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles, Shirley Strawberry was honored at The Alliance for Women in Media Foundation's 43rd Annual Gracie Awards where she received the National Radio Co-Host award.
The radio legend has a career spanning over three decades and graced the stage to receive her award in her mother's honor.
Well said Ms. Strawberry, well said!
The annual event recognizes some of the most talented women in television, radio and digital media, and Shirley was in good company with additional honorees including: April Ryan, Hoda Kotb, Issa Rae, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Katie Couric, Megan Mullally, Pam Oliver and Reese Witherspoon.
